The minimum deposit on d63com is ₱200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmed receipt by d63com's payment processing system. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within minutes. d63com does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which d63com bears no responsibility.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution or e-wallet provider in respect of a valid d63com transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. d63com reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold all outstanding balances, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available legal and commercial channels.

All content on the d63com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the "d63com" name and brand mark — is the proprietary property of d63com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the d63com Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. d63com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, among others:
Upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, d63com reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, d63com may forfeit the balance. Any balance in excess of confirmed fraudulent gains will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their d63com account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining account balance will be returned to the verified payment method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, d63com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the d63com Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
d63com's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to d63com in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
d63com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. d63com shall not be liable for any losses arising from telecommunications network failures, power outages, or other circumstances beyond d63com's reasonable control.
d63com is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a dispute arising from your use of the d63com Platform, you must first submit a formal complaint to d63com support via live chat or email at [email protected]. d63com will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
All disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, and account decisions must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant event. d63com will not entertain disputes raised outside this period except in circumstances of material error that could not reasonably have been identified within the standard timeframe.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through d63com's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under PAGCOR's framework, as applicable to d63com's operating license.
d63com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, d63com will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the d63com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14 above.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent d63com from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect d63com's legitimate interests pending resolution of a dispute.
